Reaction Technology Inc. was formed in March 1991 and incorporated in the State of California. Reaction Technology's has two main core business areas;

• Silicon Epitaxy – to provide silicon epitaxy services to semiconductor manufacturers.
• Silicon Coatings – to provide customized coatings solution to the industrial sector

Reaction Technology Inc. maintains manufacturing capability at the headquarters site in Santa Clara. Plans are currently underway to expand the Santa Clara facility to increase capacity and improve manufacturing capability up to 8-inch processing.
